Andrea is an exceptional student athlete. She is an intense competitor both in the classroom, where she ranks first in her class, and on the court. She is an extremely versatile player. Andrea presents match up problems for other teams with her quickness and her superior ability to play with her back to the basket. She also sees and runs the court exceptionally well. She plays with intensity but she also has the ability to calm her teammates during high pressure situations. Andrea is a mature, intelligent prospect that will be a positive influence on any college team both on and off the court.

Scouting Report
I've been watching Ashley play basketball since she was in 5th grade. She has the best hands I've seen of anyone this age. She just doesn't drop the ball. As a 6'4" sophomore, she is longer than she is tall. Her huge 6'8" wingspan allows her to block several shots per game while averaging a double/double. She alters many more than she blocks. Ashley gets up and down the court well and regularly rebounds on defense, outlets, and then scores in transition on the other end. Ashley has an incredible outlet pass that is good for 6 to 8 fast break points per game if the guards are awake. Very accurate passer. Recently Ashley has been working on stronger post moves and developing her outside shot. Her AAU teams have ranked as high as 9th in the nation.

Scouting Report
Addie is a very tough, athletic, talented basketball player. She has a will to compete and to win that surpasses nearly every student-athlete that I have scouted over the last 3 years. She has good God-given ability- from an athletic standpoint. She is very strong physically. She battles, and is aggressive on the floor. She excels in all aspects of the game, and is a smart player. She can score- with her jumper and by taking the ball to the hole. She is working on her range with her shot. She hits the offensive boards. She pounds the boards hard on both ends of the floor. She handles the ball well, and is versatile. I see her as a 2 or a 3 the next level. Addie has a great knack for understanding the offensive scheme, and finding the open teammate (averages about 8 assists per game). Addie has played on the top- A level- AAU team in this area for the last 5 years. She plays with confidence, and loves to compete. Addie will listen, make adjustments, and work hard for her coach and her teammates. She is a natural at nearly everything she picks up. She is also a top Field Hockey player, and is a superior student in the classroom. Addie Absher has the talent, drive, heart, and aggressiveness to take her to the top. There is no doubt in my mind that she will be a top collegiate basketball player.

Scouting Report
For a young lady who just picked up a basketball for the first time just three short years ago, Cayla has excelled in her development as a basketball player. She has built a reputation in South Florida as one of the fiercest competitors. Playing at 6A level (highest level of Florida High School Athletics) of high school basketball, Cayla has become a walking double-double every time she steps on the court. She has played against some of the counties best post players and future Division I athletes and has not only played well but has left the court win or lose with their respect. As a post player she first impressed me how she ran the court. She is typically running with or out running the guards up down the floor. She is one of the strongest girls I have seen and typically out physicals opposing teams. To give you an idea, I happen to see one game where she took an inadvertent elbow and suffered a broken nose. As soon as they were able to stop the bleeding she finished the game and lead her team to victory. Opposing coaches rave about her tenacity. She has a very strong post up game and good footwork around the basket. She is very good at reading her defender and using it against them. If she is being fronted in the post, she seals the backside allowing for the ball to be rotated around the perimeter to where her defender is on her back and she has a lay up. She is extremely athletic and explodes off the floor when she jumps. Her vertical has been measured at incredible 27 inches. She has extended her shooting range out to 12-17 feet allowing for her coach to play her at the high post. She is now working on turning and facing up her opponent and taking them off the dribble She is proficient at finishing at the basket with either hand. She is great at attacking the backboard and getting rebounds (career 10 rebounds per game). In a four guard system Cayla was still able to succeed and lead what was a losing program before her (1 win in 2005-2006 season) to a team with 17 wins and the schools first state playoff appearance in 8 years. Caylas level of dedication and work ethic lets me know she is going to get better. I see what she has accomplished in only 3 years. Coaches, Cayla is a sleeper you cant pass up.
